This is the first film of the 2020 wedding/COVID season for us. Most of that summer Tiffany was very very pregnant, so we had our long time friend and talented film maker Wiley Parker shoot with us for most of our weddings. Originally I believe the wedding was going to be at an official wedding venue, but with all the changes it made more sense to scale down. Fortunately Kyle’s parents own a beautiful home out in Silverton, and it made for a perfect wedding day.

This film captures some really beautiful moments. I’m typically not a fan of using the drone during portrait photo sessions, but Wiley insisted it would be great, and he was right! The lined shadows created by the sun were so geometrically unique. A perfect example of long light:) I love spotting the resident white German Shepherd loafing about in the background throughout the film wearing his classy tie. Good Boy! I also loved all the speeches and the officiants words. So many beautiful things said about Ashley and Kyle, and was difficult to choose what to highlight in the film.
